When do I get paid?+
At the end of any month in which you accrued more than $50.00 in commission, we send you a statement and ask for an invoice. Once we have it, we pay by bank transfer within a few days.
How do you know who signed up through me?+
Every visit through your code is tagged with a cookie for 30 days. When an acupuncturist registers, they're attributed to you automatically. Your dashboard shows how many signed up, how many are paying, and how much you've earned.
What if an acupuncturist cancels or gets a refund?+
If an acupuncturist cancels their subscription, you keep the commission on every payment they already made. If they receive a refund, the matching commission is deducted from your next balance.
Can I join if I'm an acupuncturist myself?+
Absolutely. Acupuncturists active on the platform can join from their own dashboard. You can't refer yourself, any subscription you pay for yourself does not earn commission.
Do I need to be approved?+
During the pilot, everyone who applies is approved automatically. You get your code right away and can start sharing.
Are there tax requirements?+
Yes. Before any payout we need a valid invoice and current tax details on file, so we can report the payments correctly.
