Do I need a website to use Zento?
No. Your profile is a full public page with its own address, and plenty of acupuncturists use it as their only web presence. If you already have a site, link to it from your profile and embed your reviews on it.
Will Zento get me patients?
Zento invests in paid and organic reach year-round, and patients contact acupuncturists through the platform every day. How many inquiries any one profile receives depends on the conditions you treat, your location, demand, how complete your profile is and your reviews, so we do not promise a number.
Can I use it with patients who did not come from Zento?
Yes. Add patients by hand or import an existing list from a file, then manage their appointments, reminders and records here like any other.
What does the license-verified badge mean?
It means we matched your profile to an active license on the California Acupuncture Board register and recorded the date we checked. We re-check monthly, and the badge disappears rather than going stale if a check lapses or a license expires.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on whichever plan fits the practice today and move when that changes. Your profile, patients and calendar come with you.
