Will Zento guarantee me inquiries?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. Patients contact acupuncturists through Zento every day and we run paid and organic reach year-round, but the number of inquiries any one profile receives depends on the conditions you treat, your location, demand, how complete your profile is and your reviews.
What happens during the free trial?
On Growth and Pro you can build your profile, learn the system and use everything in the plan. Nothing is charged on the day you join, and you can cancel before the trial ends at no cost.
Do I need to enter a card?
Yes. Growth and Pro need a card to start the trial; it is not charged on the day you join, and the first charge is only after the 21-day trial unless you cancel. Starter has no trial, so it needs a card and is charged on the day you join.
What is in the Starter plan?
A license-verified profile listed in the directory and on the condition and city pages, an inquiry form, up to 3 reviews, one location and a limited calendar, for $5 a month. You can move up to Growth or Pro at any time and the profile comes with you.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your profile is a full public page where you present your practice, your training, the conditions you treat, your locations and your reviews. If you already have a site, you can embed your Zento reviews and rating on it.
Can I use the system for patients who did not come from Zento?
Yes. Add patients by hand or import an existing list from a file, then manage their appointments, reminders and records here like any other.
Can I connect Google Calendar?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect Google Calendar or iCal to sync appointments and changes, and mark private events as busy without revealing what they are.
How do reminders work?
Once an appointment is booked, a reminder goes out 24 hours before and again an hour before, with the appointment details and a link to change the time. Reminders are sent by email; a text-message channel is not available at launch.
Can I take payment through the system?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Connect your own Stripe account, charge at booking or send a payment request, and issue receipts. Stripe’s fees and payout schedule apply; Zento takes no commission on what you earn.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Start on whichever plan fits the practice today and move when that changes. Your profile, patients and calendar come with you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. On Growth and Pro you can cancel before the trial ends and never be charged. Starter is charged on the day you join and can be canceled at any time so it does not renew.
