Chrysten Cloud

As a dancer, for some weird reason I was always slightly nervous of having acupuncture, but Cloud Forest changed my mind from the moment Chrysten welcomed me in. The rooms are elegantly minimal and homely, smells amazing in there and just felt so chilled out coming in from the street. Chrysten listened carefully to everything I felt was wrong – mainly stresses and strains on my legs and lower back – she explained which points were for which purpose but honestly, it was just so relaxing I pretty much passed out after 5 mins. Woke up feeling incredible. Felt like I was floating out the door. And I really appreciated the specificity of what to consume/not consume in the hours that followed and how to treat my body in the days that followed to get the most benefits from my treatment. Absolute game changer in how to maintain peak physical performance.

If I’d known Chrysten could perform miracles on frozen and torn shoulders I wouldn’t have bothered with 10 months of boring PT. PT managed to repair 30% of my mobility in 10 months. One, 1 hour session with Chrysten repaired it by 60%. INSANE! I could not believe it, I kept lifting my arm up and down all day long. Just stunned! I could have done another 10 months of PT and only achieved half of what Cloud fixed. My wife almost howled in disbelief when I showed her when I got home. Thanks so much Chrysten, YOU ARE LEGEND! Finally, I can properly wash my back in the shower! It’s the little things : ) But you Chrysten, are a bloody ‘big’ thing. Thank heaven for Cloud Forest xx ; )

I’ve been seeing Chrysten here for over six months and I’m very pleased with the results. She is extremely knowledgable and her care is exceptional. In particular, I am in significantly less pain and I have more energy.
