Tung Thanh Pham

This person Dr Tung Thanh Pham (Acupuncturist), aka Tom Pham, aka Brandon Pham (name he used on the distrubutor receipt), or whatever his name is, scammed my elderly and illiterate parents into buying a Enagic Leveluk K8 water ionizer for $4980 under false claims of ionized water being so health beneficial that it will cure many illnesses and prolong life by drinking it along with your regular medication. The machine does not even filter water as clean as a $25 Zero Water pitcher, and there is no conclusive medical evidence that ionized water cures health problems. On top of that, Dr Tung Pham aka Tom Pham aka Brandon Pham, or whatever his name is, installed the machine himself and it leaks at the kitchen sink faucet spout. We tried to contact him about returning it the same day it was installed (10/1/2023) but didn't hear back from him until 10/3/2023. He told my father we would be charged $100 for a restocking fee and $700 for a cancellation fee, for a total of $800 to return this scam machine. And instead of accepting the return as the distributor, he’s trying to pass the buck to the Enagic store in Torrance, CA. Don't let him scam you into buying one of these machines. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of the elderly.
